2. Champ d\u2019application<\/h2>

Les pr\u00e9sentes conditions s\u2019appliquent \u00e0 toute commande pass\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de get fully, service d\u2019ameublement cl\u00e9 en main, que ce soit via WhatsApp ou via notre site internet.<\/p><\/section>

3. Commande et confirmation<\/h2>

Les commandes sont effectu\u00e9es via WhatsApp ou le formulaire en ligne du site get fully, apr\u00e8s s\u00e9lection d\u2019un pack d\u2019ameublement et d\u2019options suppl\u00e9mentaires. Une fois la disponibilit\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e et le paiement re\u00e7u, un message de confirmation est envoy\u00e9 pour valider la commande et lancer le traitement.<\/p><\/section>

4. Tarifs et paiement<\/h2>

Tous les prix incluent la livraison et l\u2019installation, sauf indication contraire. Le paiement est exig\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avance par virement bancaire ou tout autre moyen convenu. Les prix sont indiqu\u00e9s en AED, sauf mention contraire.<\/p><\/section>

5. Livraison et installation<\/h2>

La livraison et l\u2019installation sont organis\u00e9es apr\u00e8s confirmation du paiement et de l\u2019acc\u00e8s au logement.<\/p>

Le d\u00e9lai peut varier en fonction du pack s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9.<\/p>

La pr\u00e9sence du client n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire, mais l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 doit \u00eatre garanti.<\/p>

\u00c0 Duba\u00ef, un Move-In Permit ou Work Permit est souvent requis par la gestion de l\u2019immeuble ou la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, et doit \u00eatre organis\u00e9 par le propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>

En cas de refus d\u2019acc\u00e8s le jour pr\u00e9vu de la livraison en raison d\u2019un manque d\u2019autorisation, une p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 de 700 AED sera appliqu\u00e9e.<\/p><\/section>

6. Modifications et annulations<\/h2>

Toute modification ou annulation doit \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9e dans un d\u00e9lai de 24 heures apr\u00e8s la confirmation de la commande. Pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai, la commande est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme d\u00e9finitive.<\/p><\/section>

7. Variations de produits<\/h2>

En raison des r\u00e9glages d\u2019\u00e9clairage ou d\u2019\u00e9cran, de l\u00e9g\u00e8res diff\u00e9rences peuvent exister entre les visuels 3D et les produits r\u00e9els.<\/p>

En cas de rupture de stock, get fully se r\u00e9serve le droit de remplacer un article par un produit similaire de style et de qualit\u00e9 \u00e9quivalents.<\/p><\/section>

9. Retours et remboursements<\/h2>

En raison de la nature personnalis\u00e9e de nos packs d\u2019ameublement, toutes les ventes sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme finales une fois le paiement confirm\u00e9. Aucun retour, \u00e9change ou remboursement ne sera accept\u00e9, sauf dans les cas suivants:<\/p>

  • Articles livr\u00e9s endommag\u00e9s<\/li>
  • Articles ne correspondant pas \u00e0 la commande confirm\u00e9e (ex. : mauvais produit)<\/li><\/ul>

    Dans ces cas, le client doit informer get fully par \u00e9crit dans un d\u00e9lai de 48 heures suivant la livraison, en fournissant des preuves photographiques. Tout remplacement ou remboursement approuv\u00e9 reste \u00e0 la seule discr\u00e9tion de get fully.<\/p>
